Claiming his home Empty Claiming his home

His tall frame rises from the chair, moving out of the building and wandering through the city slowly. When he had left, he had the intent of finding a new home for himself, but once outside, Ria had informed him through their bond that she wanted to go wherever Choco is, so he simply sighed and nodded. Now he moves through the city, waiting for Mifh and Choco to appear so he can follow them to inform Mifh that Ria refuses to be apart from Choco.

Mifh appears with Choco at the entrance of the ruins, peering up at quietly. After a moment, Choco's ears twitched and he hisses, knowing Ria was there. Lifting her hand she lightly pets Choco, calming him. Going past the broken doors she moves down the halls, avoiding the flooded ones. She quietly hums as she searches hall from hall, for a decent room, or someplace easy to fix up. Stopping in front of a flooded hall she blinks, starring down it. Her hear thudded in her chest as she considered going down this darkened hall. Choco pulling at the hairs on her head slightly, not wanting to get wet. She lightly batted away his pulling, stepping into the water and moving down the hall. Choco moved himself to sit directly on the top of her head as she moved down the hall, the water not as deep as they thought it was. After five minutes of stepping through the water she steps onto a dry surface again. Bending over she drains the end of her jeans out, and kicks off the shoes she wears. Leaving her shoes to dry, she moves down the hall, there being only one set of double doors at the end of it. Pushing open the doors her eyes widen, having found the perfect room.

Ria stiffens, crawling around his neck and staring back toward the place they were moments ago, urging him to go there. A shadow opens beneath them, allowing them to slide in. Another shadow opens at the end of the flooded hallway, meaning that to get to Choco and Mifh, they will have to wade through the water. With a shrug, he starts walking, Ria standing on his shoulder and staring forward, sensing Choco.

Mifh's eyes soften as she goes into the room. The room itself only had a few holes in the walls, and bared an old bared bed, tall but wide. It had an old wardrobe, but it wasn't anything special. It was brown, patches of it looking almost like rust. As her hands slide across the front of the wardrobe she pulls opens it's door, finding nothing but a few coat hangers, one broken. Picking the broken open up from the floor of the wardrobe she moves to the holes in the wall, wondering how she would fix them. Choco's form darted to the window sill, it wasn't a closed window, it seemed to be broken. His red eyes stare at everything out the window and she smiles, knowing he'd claim that spot.

As they near the end of the water, Ria leaps from his shoulder, running into the room and jumping up beside Choco. He shakes his head, then lightly knocks on the door, leaning against the frame quietly. Ria purrs slightly, sitting in front of Choco, not trying to force herself onto him this time. His white eyes watch Ria quietly, then shift over to Mifh, smiling slightly.

Choco hisses at Ria's sudden appearance, turning his form away. He was a bit bigger then her now, since he'd grown along with Mifh. Mifh blinks, looking to the door. "Ah.. Hi, Ryder." Her eyes shift towards the ferrets on the window sill. "It seems.. Ria has a thing for Choco. He doesn't seem to pleased." Choco looks towards Ria, hissing again, Mifh smiles, murring. "Be nice, Choco." Choco's ears flatten to his head and he simply stares at the other ferret.

As Ria stares back at Choco, he moves into the room, standing beside Mifh and watching the ferrets. His head slowly shakes, then he looks at Mifh "You might want to tell him to not make her angry... She has all the powers I have." With a grin, he moves around the room, waving his hand and making a pile of wood appear, along with a newer window. He smiles, turning and looking back at her "May I assist you in repairing this room Mifh?"

Her eyes slid away from him as she goes to the window. "Choco isn't someone she can push around either." Choco grew alert as Mifh came near and leaped to her, catching her arm and twisting around it. Mifh doesn't seem to care, as she rubs some of the dust off the poles of the bed with her hand. "Why would you help me with my room, when you should be worrying about your own?" Her head tilts lightly, looking over to him, brushing the dust off her hand.

Ria slides into a shadow, climbing out on the wall beside him, coiling around his neck slightly. A small shrug is his only answer as he moves to the window, pulling out the broken frame and looking at her "I suppose I am doing it to be nice. To apologize for Ria's behavior." A small smile graces his features as he lifts the newer window, setting it into the frame and lightly tapping it into place. His white eyes scan around the room, the wood slowly lifting and placing itself into the holes that he sees.

She watches this, then turns her attention back to whipping down the bars of the bed. She wasn't interested in his help, but it would be less she had to do. Twisting a few fingers into her hair she guides the lose strands out of her eyes. Choco, stands on edge, glaring across the way at Ria, disliking her in his space. Once pleased that his window sill has been completely left alone he jumps off her shoulder and onto the ground, scurrying across the floor and leaping into the window sill. Peering out the window in silence the end of Choco's tail wavers from side to side.

Once he finishes all the major repairs to the walls, ceiling, and floor, he turns and looks at her. A small smile spreads across his features, then he bows slightly, black light flowing up around him as he slowly sinks into a shadow that opened at his feet. Ria makes a movement to jump away, wanting to reach Choco to drag him along, but is stopped by a single swift movement from him. As she had jumped, his hand had lashed out, gripping the ferret around the middle and dragging her into the shadows.
